Shipping Information

Products ordered usually are shipped within 1-6 days after payment is received. You should plan on 7 to 14 Business days till you receive you items from the time of purchase.

US  $0-$74.99 SHIPPING IS $7.95 AND ANYTHING $75 PLUS IS ABSOLUTELY FREE SHIPPING

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to deal with exchanging or return of any product (whether your not hapy with the product or the color does not look as described or looks defective).

For exchange/refund please send us an e-mail at info@Aplusmedicalscrubs.com so that RMA number can be issued

All merchandise must be return within 15 days of receipt of order mentioning RMA number.

We will only accept returned items that are unused, unworn and unwashed and in original packaging. We will exchange and return less shipping charges $7.45 and handling charges of $20.00 along with the the restocking fees listed below in this section.

Embroidered or altered items are non exchangeable, non returnable and non refundable, no matter what the reason.
Embroidered or atered items include the following (Any lettering or logos and any size over 5X due to the fact the items are considered special order).

Restocking fee will be charged @ US $4.50 for first item and US $3.50 for additional items.

If the customer does not accept shipment because of any reason whatsoever than that shipment will be treated as a returned shipment freight will be deducted for USA  @ 20% of the order  or US $7.45 whichever is greater. This will also apply where Free Shipping is used,

All items marked clearance, closeout, or final markdown are excluded from any exchange or return policy and sold as is. No returns accepted for any reason.

Return Authorization

In order to return an item, please send us an e-mail at info@Aplusmedicalscrubs.com with order number and articles to be returned within 15 days of delivery so that return authorization number and return address can be provided. If you are returning items from multiple orders please request a return authorization number for each individual order separately. We will issue a return authorization for any reason; however, we absolutely WILL NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions will be made.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible from one item category to other.
When merchandise is received and processed amount will be credited in your account, please note that shipping and handling charges will not be credited and re-stocking fee will be charged.

Return Processing Times

It takes only few days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit only if you like. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.      
Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by email within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Order Cancellations

Order can be cancelled against cancellation charge of 10% provided they are not taking into dispatch department otherwise further charges will be required for cancellation which can be informed after checking the status of the order. Order that are shipped cannot be cancelled we are happy to accept your return once you receive your items. Please consult our return policy. . All cancellations require confirmation from our customer service department we must tell you that the order has been cancelled. Orders shipped and refused / returned by the customer will still be charged as per our return policy
